Your name must be written plainly on the back of the photo in the top left-hand corner, TOGETHER WITH CLASS NUMBER. Photos without class numbers may not be included in competition.
No photos taken before 2023 eligible
Please collect entries at 5.30pm on Saturday PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE PHOTOS FROM BOARD - stewards will attend to this !
GENERAL CONDITIONS (Please read carefully)

All care will be exercised but no responsibility will be assumed for loss or damage to entries

All postal entries should be securely packed and sent by registered mail.

All photos lodged by the exhibitor must have been taken by the exhibitor

Photo must be mounted on thin cardboard no heavier than 300gsm or printed with a frame/border for easy hanging.

Photo size must not exceed A4 (8x12 inches - 20x30cm) with a frame no larger than 1 inch - 25mm

Closing date for entries, Monday March 10th at 12 noon

Maximum of two exhibits per class per exhibitor unless otherwise stated.

Photos taken with mobile phones, tablets, drones or any other device are eligible to enter any section.

Street Photography - Must include people
• Each section will be awarded 1st – 2nd and highly commended (subject to the judge’s discretion)
• A Champion and Reserve will be awarded in Black and White, Colour and Digital Enhancement in Open and Junior Sections
• Most successful exhibitor awarded (the person scoring the highest point when scores are tallied) in Open Colour and Black and White and Junior 12 years and under and 13 to 17 years
• Photo of the Show and several Photography Club Choice awards will also be presented.
