PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA POLICY –
OPT-OUT NOTICE

During this event, photographs and video footage may be taken by official Photographers and Show Society representatives.

These images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

By entering this event, you acknowledge that:
• You may appear in photographs or video footage taken in public spaces or event areas.
• These images may be published or used without further notice.
• No financial compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.

Opting Out of Photography or Filming

We respect the privacy of all patrons and participants.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you can take one of the following steps:
1. Register your request at the Show Secretary’s Office and collect and wear a coloured wristband so our photographers and media team can identify and respect your preference.
2. Inform the official photographer or videographer directly at the time.
3. Avoid positioning yourself in designated media zones, main arenas, or winner’s podiums where filming and photography are actively taking place.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to respect your request.
