Your name must be written plainly on the back of the photo in the top left-hand corner, TOGETHER WITH CLASS NUMBER. Photos without class numbers may not be included in competition.

Entry Fee 50c per entry for non-members, capped at $10

No photos taken before 2024 eligible

Please collect entries at 5.30pm on Saturday PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE PHOTOS FROM BOARD - stewards will attend to this !

GENERAL CONDITIONS (Please read carefully)

All care will be exercised but no responsibility will be assumed for loss or damage to entries.

All postal entries should be securely packed and sent by registered mail.

No heavy glass frames please

No Canvases

No core flute

All photos lodged by exhibitor must have been taken by the exhibitor.

Photo must be mounted on thin cardboard or printed with a frame for easy hanging.

Photo size must not exceed (8x10 inches -20x25 cm) with a frame no larger than 1 inch – 25mm

Closing date for entries, Monday March 9th at 12 noon

Maximum of two exhibits per class per exhibitor unless otherwise stated.

Photos taken with mobile phones, tablets, drones or any other device are eligible to enter any section.
