GENERAL CONDITIONS (Please read carefully)

Each work must be the original work of the artist.

Framed exhibits must have a secure hanging device for hanging from a hook/s.

Please do not use thick cardboard mounts on unframed exhibits.

Please show name and address and class number on back of works.

Exhibits that have gained first prize at the Walcha Show are not eligible for competition

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. All care will be exercised but no responsibility will be assumed for loss or damage to entries

2. All postal entries should be securely packed and sent by registered mail

3. No heavy or glass framing please!

4. No canvases

5. ALL photos lodged by the exhibitor must have been taken by the exhibitor. Photos must be mounted on cardboard for display or framing mounts may be used. Unmounted images will be rejected.

7. Photo size not to exceed A4 (8x12 inches- 20x30 cm) with a frame no larger than 1inch

6. Closing date for entries Monday, March 5th, at 12 noon

7. Maximum of two exhibits per class per exhibitor unless stated otherwise
